Construction Tower is an installation work that temporarily occupies the idle land of Sihwa Lake. The work interprets the narrative of ‘land’ in contemporary society, specifically the phenomena of excavation, covering, or reclaiming for development, as ‘accumulated structures.’ It has been variably installed by artistically concretizing the dynamic relationship between the abandoned and discarded land, a series of phenomena unfolding around it, and the interpreted space as ‘accumulated structures,’ along with their structure and system.
